Windy for Scandinavia

Monday
A few scattered showers across southern and eastern regions of Spain but mainly dry elsewhere along with Portugal. Mostly dry and fine too for the Balearics, Italy and the italian islands though the odd shower cannot be ruled out here. Largely dry through mainland Greece but scattered, heavy showers affecting the islands. Heavy rain pushing in to southern Turkey. Chilly here too.
Dry though mist and fog for much of west and central Europe. More cloud cover across the Balkans and through Bulgaria where the odd shower is possible and is feeling cold. Windier across north Poland, less south in the south.
Staying windy across Scandinavia with rain, sleet and snow for much of north and west Norway into western regions of Sweden. Snow across parts of Finland with patchy rain, sleet and snow through the Baltic states. Largely dry though breezy for Denmark.

Tuesday
High pressure extends over much of western Europe bringing settled conditions for many countries. A few showers for southern Spain and the Balearics, whilst northern Spain and much of Portugal should be dry although quite breezy. Dry for France, the Alps, Germany and Italy, plus much of the central Mediterranean.
Low pressure over the eastern Med brings showery and cool conditions to Greece, some rain and snow for Turkey plus heavy and thundery downpours for Cyprus. Showers also affect Black Sea coasts of Romania and Bulgaria with a risk of snow.
Breezy for Poland and the Baltic states with some rain and snow pushing eastwards. Mainly dry for southern Scandinavia, whilst frequent snow affects northern areas on strong westerly winds, rain near to coasts in western Norway.
