Staying unsettled across Europe with showers or longer spells of rain. Drier Mediterranean.

Friday
Showers will gradually clear northern Spain and Portugal allowing for it to be largely dry and fine. Rain in the morning for the Balearic Islands but a drier afternoon is forecast. Heavy rain across Sardinia and Corsica which will push into northern and central parts of Italy later. Drier across southern Italy and Sicily. Another largely dry and sunny day across Greece and Turkey.
Sunny spells and showers once again for France with showers or longer spells of rain affecting the Low Countries, Germany and Poland. Spells of rain with thunder and lightning possible to affect Austria, Switzerland as well as Hungary and the Czech Republic as low pressure is close by.
Weak low pressure over Scandinavia will bring showers or longer spells of rain to southern parts of Norway and Sweden, drier further north here. Plenty of dry conditions but some scattered showers affecting Finland. Some rain affecting the northern region of the Baltics but drier elsewhere. Longer spells of rain affecting southern areas of Denmark, more showery further north.

Saturday
Cloud will thicken across northern Spain and the far north of Portugal with some rain pushing into the coast here. Drir elsewhere. Dry and fine for the Balearic Islands and a better day across Sardinia and Corsica. Scattered showers for Italy although Sicily should remain largely dry. A few isolated showers across Greece and Turkey but mostly dry here.
Another band of rain will sweep from west to east across France on Saturday. The rain will also affect the Low Countries as well as Germany and the Alpine countries into northern Italy. Patchy rain will also affect Hungary and Slovakia. Western regions of Poland will also see spells of rain but it should stay largely dry further east.
Showers or longer spells of rain across southern parts of Norway and Sweden but mostly dry further north. Unsettled across Finland with showers or longer spells of rain throughout the country. Some rain across western areas first thing will soon clear to allow for a largely dry day through the Baltic States. Rain across northern Denmark but drier further south.
