Wet in the west, cold and drier in the east


Friday
Cloud and rain in northern Spain. Fair in Portugal with sunny spells. Some cloud and a few showers in southeastern Spain. Chilly and showery in the Balearics and Corsica as well as Sardinia. Further heavy showers to come in Italy. Greece should be dry with sunny spells. Staying dry in Turkey and sunny here.
Cloud and rain in the far west of France whilst the east and south are cold and dry. Bright and dry in the Low Countries and Germany. Frosty with sunshine in Austria and Hungary as well as Switzerland.
Broken cloud and some showers in Denmark. Breezy with snow showers in the Baltic States. Cold in Finland with a brisk west wind and some snow showers. Fair and cold in weden. Heavy snow showers in western Norway.

Saturday
Wet through much of Spain and Portugal. Heavier periods of rain at times, mostly in northern areas where there will be snow over the hills and mountains. Fair in the Balearics with sunny spells. Showers in Corsica and Sardinia as well as Italy, a few of these heavy. Further heavy showers and rain in Greece. Sunny spells and a few coastal showers around the coasts of Turkey.
Cloud and some rain in western France. Much of the country will be cold with sunshine. Fair in the Low Countries and through Germany and Poland where it will be cold and bright too. Austria and Hungary should be dry with sunny spells. Switzerland also will be dry with some sunshine.
Fine and chilly in Denmark. Cold with a few snow showers for the Baltic States, breezy here as well. Finland will be chilly with further wintry showers. Mostly dry in Sweden with sunny spells. Heavy snow showers continuing over western and northern Norway.
