A slack anticyclone extendes across Greece to Turkey. Cloudy with outbreaks of snow for northern Norway, Sweden and Finland to start clearing slowly through the morning. Temperatures during the day will remain below 0C. Though cloudy for southern Norway and Sweden sunshine will occur where cloud breaks during the afternoon temperatures 6C around coasts 0 to 2 inland some scattered mostly rain showers will occur. Cloudy with outbreask of rain for a time through the morning tending to clear with sunshine and showers for Denmark 8 to 10C with a fresh E wind. Rather cloudy with sunny spellsa and scattered showers across Poland, into Belarus, Latvia to Estonia where showers will be increasingly of snow, temperatures 15 to 18 along Baltic shores of Poland Poland 10 to 14 into Belarus. Cloudy for the most part across Netherlands to Belgium with coastal sea fog and low cloud, aways from coasts 9C dry with sunshine 14 to 16C. Cloudy with persistent outbreaks of rain heavy at times across eastern France into Germany to Switzerland and Austria Austria, sunshine and showers to follow once rain clears during the afternoon 12 to 14C for western France with sunshine, 8 to 10C where rain lingers. Cloudy with rain and snow with height across Italian and Swiss Alps, for remaider of Italy to Solvenia to Bosnia through to Greece dry and sunny, becoming warm 18 to 21C and near 25C across Turkey.
